This exhibition of the various types of Minimalism found in the Helga de Alvear Collection “reads” and “situates” an essential part of this collection, a legacy that is continuously fed new content, and that will continue to grow over time based on the criterion of its owner. There is steill room in this collection for many key works of art and, presumably, many will be in line with the title of this exhibition: “The Essential Perspective”; it is not in vain that the time of Helga de Alvear was that of Conceptual Art, Minimalism and of all the illustrative movements of our times.
